What we do
CARE supports women to break the cycle of poverty and discrimination. We help create the right conditions for women to unlock their potential by promoting women’s economic justice and by promoting women’s voice and leadership. CARE tackles harmful gender and social norms, working to mitigate, prevent and respond to gender-based violence, engaging men and boys, and taking steps to hold key stakeholders accountable to commitments.
